Kate Moore, RMT
Kate’s treatment style is flowing and rhythmic. She uses moderate yet firm pressure and creates an atmosphere of calm and ease during her treatments. She uses hot stones when requested and offers self care and movement ideas to help navigate life once you’ve left the massage table.
Kate has provided massage therapy for TedTalks, Lululemon Seawheeze, Yyoga, Vega, and the Ultra Nightrun. She has worked in health clinics and luxury spas.
She understands every person is unique and values personalized, patient-centred, evidence-informed care.
When not massaging, Kate performs with the Broadway Chorus musical theatre group as well as the YVR Pop Choir. She enjoys stand-up comedy, knitting and spending time with her husband and two kittens.
She likes weight training, running, and hot yoga. She has briefly dabbled in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and tries to meditate with limited success.
Kate has a communications degree from Mount Royal University in Calgary, a diploma in performance from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York and graduated with honours from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
